Compel Computer Services Ltd is a computer service and support company providing hardware repair, general, and networked computer support to businesses within the greater Waikato region.

Compel has been in existence since 1987, and has broadened its customer base and capabilities as it has grown. Fraser and Jenny Magee took over the business in April 2002. Fraser came to Compel with over 20 years experience in the IT sector in Hamilton, after beginning his working life as an Electronics Technician, and spending 12 years at the Dairy Group, as the Technical Infrastructure Manager. Fraser's philosophy is that:

Computer Services and Support

Compel's System Engineers have a wide range of expertise and experience in computers and networking, as well as specialist skills in laptop and printer repairs and servicing.

Between them they have over 100 years experience in the computer industry. Many of our staff have had corporate experience and have now chosen to work in a smaller team where strong client relationships are important.

Client Base

Compel has a wide client base, with a particular focus on and empathy with small-to-medium sized companies. Our clients include Accountants, Medical Centres, Dentists, Architects, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers, as well as Schools and Retail businesses.

Operations Base

We operate out of a Central City property at 15 Keddell Street, which includes a workshop where we undertake computer and printer repairs, upgrades and servicing.

We are open 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays.

Easy Payment

We operate on a "pay-as-you-go" basis rather than "service contract" basis, so you only pay for what you use.
